DELEGATION & SPECIAL NEEDS TRAINING

Theia Health has decades of experience, working with thousands of consumers and staff all across the state to develop and fine tune its training modules.  Training staff on every aspect of caring for clients including SAMS, Frist Aid, Diabetes, Universal Precautions, and much more.

HCS & ICF STAFF TRAINING

Staff training takes on many different shapes and sizes.  Whether it entails general training such as universal precautions, supervision of self administration of medication, or specific and consumer direct training such as g-tube feedings, special needs training, etc., Theia Health has you covered.

Theia Health has taken decades of experience, working with thousands of consumers and staff all across the state to develop and fine tune its training modules.  Training staff on every aspect of caring for clients including SAMS, Frist Aid, Diabetes, Universal Precautions, and much more.

Although Special Needs/Consumer Specific training can be done on a routine scheduled basis, day to day routines are often anything but routine.  That is why Theia Health is structured and  organized in a manner that allows your agency to have staff trained in a very short period of time.  Much like our triage service, our training staff and modules can be access on very little notice and on a schedule that fits your needs.

Our Registered Nurses can delegate staff in groups or individually.  Unlike most nursing support agencies, Theia Health assigns a team nurses specifically to your agency so that we maintain consistency and accountability.

TRAINING PROCESS

The process in which training and delegations are done may vary depending on the needs of the provider.  Theia Health conforms to the provider’s systems, structures, and processes.  It is important that our nurses mesh with the existing staff with minimal disruption.

When contracting with Theia Health, our Specialized Onboarding & Advanced Placement (SOAP) team will take a close examination of the processes and structures that the provider already has in place.  Once the initial evaluation has been completed, Theia’s SOAP team reconvenes and develops a strategy for implementation of services.  Once developed, the SOAP team then facilitates the transition to a designated, multi-disciplinary team of professional nurses that custom fits the needs of the provider.

Our team of nurses specialize in training, comprehensive nursing assessments, HCS & ICF processes and procedures and much more in order to provide every agency with the best of the best.
